About This Class
The Beginner Buddhist Class introduces the core ideas of Buddhist philosophy to the public in an accessible way. Teaching under the motto “Listen, Understand, Apply,” Gavj D.Nyamsambuu has led this class without interruption since 2004.
No prior knowledge is required — anyone of any age is welcome. Topics include the life and teachings of the Buddha, Buddhist ethics, and practical wisdom for everyday life.
