About Meditation Sessions
Javzandamba Khutagt Center holds guided meditation sessions every morning and evening without interruption. The sessions help practitioners quiet the mind, reduce stress, and develop compassion.
Since 2022, the center has partnered with Oxford Mindfulness Centre to offer Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), with over 1,893 people completing the program.
